Dare to be Creative

Keeping your thoughts off food is not always easy. I found a natural food cravings therapy: be creative.

I have quite a few hobbies and one of them is writing journals, making notes of my everyday thoughts, events that have happened and the dreams I have to live a happy life.

I noticed that the more I am creative the less I think about eating unhealthy food. Being creative helps me to forget the world around me. When you emerge in a hobby or activity your brain waves slow down and you enter the theta brain wave. This brain wave activates when we go to sleep or simply relax. We are in the "flow" when we focus on something we really love doing.

 

Theta healing is a healing technique to help you connect with your mind, body and soul. Any limiting beliefs that are hindering you to stop overeating can be resolved in a theta healing session. You may hold beliefs in your subconscious mind you are not aware of because you have repressed them for by far too long. They might be beliefs not only from this life but also from past lives. You may hold beliefs on a genetic level that have been handed down from your ancestors. It is possible that your great grand mother was obese. On the other hand it is possible that you have lived in a life time where you have experienced food shortage, or even have been left by the man you loved. These memories are deeply anchored in your subconscious mind and can be resolved and changed with theta healing.

Is there anything you always wanted to learn doing, such as drawing or painting? Learning to play an instrument? Whatever makes you tick is what you cannot put off. Right?
